We took the kids downtown to see the Arch and of course we took the train!

The kids could not have been more excited to be taking a train ride..Andrew sat just like this, his face planted on the glass the whole ride! Allison wanted to get off at every stop.
At the foot of the Arch..
We were going to walk along the river but as we were walking down the stairs from the Arch we realized it was all closed off due to flooding. I knew it had been raining but I didn't think that much. Come to find out St. Louis has some major flooding problems and every time it rains the city is under a flood warning. There is actually a road under all that Mississippi River!
We were there in the evening after the museum had closed so we didn't get the whole 'experience' of the Arch but that's ok because I don't want to go up in that thing anyway, it's WAY too tall!
The grounds around the Arch are so pretty! I think this will be something we do quite often.

How fun! We've done the Arch a few times, it's great! Cute pics of the kids!
